Welcome to the first Holistic Root Network Circle, created for mind, body, and spirit energy workers and wellness business owners. This is our sacred space to unite, share, and support one another on our collective journey to wellness—not just for others, but for ourselves.

We will gather at 6:30 pm in the EESystem, providing the perfect environment to catch our breaths, relax, and create a sacred space for self-care. At 7:30 PM, those who wish to spend a half hour in the Energy Room may do so, while the rest of us continue our gathering in the side room.

This is a time to connect, exchange business information and cards, and envision a bigger, brighter future together. Let’s collaborate, dream, and create something impactful for the greater good.

DETOX

After 90 minutes in the EESystem, your body will naturally begin its detoxification process. To support this, using bath salts or foot soaks is highly recommended.

You can purchase pre-made options for $5 or $10, or create your own using simple ingredients:

• Mineral salt or pink salt (avoid Epsom salt) 1-2 cups

• Baking soda 1-2cups

• Borax-1/2-1 cup

These ingredients help enhance the detox process, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
